Prices? ... well ... that's the best part! All packages can be customized to your needs and pocket book. SPECIAL: When booking your Buck & Doe or Wedding Reception, register both at initial time of booking and receive an $80.00 discount (Note: as of July 1st, 2010 HST must be added).
All function prices based upon a max 250 person occupancy and a basic 5 hour playing time (which includes up to 1.5 hour setup, 1 hour takedown, up to 1 hour mood music for those early-birds and up to 3 hours for personal consultation as well as our infinite #1 asset ... Customer Service. Starting at $540.00.
Weddings, as well as dinner events receive up to 2 hours of Dinner Music at no extra charge. Additional hours (after 5 hours-after initial booking $60.00/hr. Minimum Down Payment due at time of booking (guarantees date event booked).
Want a DJ or Photographer for up to 4 hours/or less: $130.00/hr. (Includes setup, takedown, and consultation time.) Additional equipment (cordless mike, larger/more speakers, lighting). Starting $40.00 (up to $160.00).
Minimal traveling fee outside the Woodstock/Ingersoll area. (0.40 cents/ KM)
Ceremony Package ($250.00) includes up to 2 hours rehearsal attendance as well as 2 hour consultation (extra hours negotiable.) Combined with basic package- $165.00 >(some restrictions apply\same venue only)
Package provides music while guests are being seated, the procession, signing of the Marriage Certificate/lighting of the Unity Candle, recessional and music after the ceremony, while guests are mingling.
Ask about our rental sound system, starting at only $395. (Sound and Lighting rentals require damage deposits and setup/takedown fees plus signed waiver/contract and 2 pieces of identification).
Our photo package starts at $395. This includes a free consultation, up to 6 hours of photo shoot coverage as well as photo effects, colour correction, and touch ups (up to 4 hours). This package usually consists of 300 to 350 candid photos. Only the best 80 to 90 shots are saved to CD.
